Food Culture is a Nutrition and Sports Dietetics service on the Coffs Coast, supporting people to eat healthier and perform better. Our approach is guided by evidence-based nutrition science, using up-to-date research to inform our practice.

We offer individual and team consultations to optimize performance for athletes at any level. Whether it be fuelling, hydration, or muscle conditioning, we can make a plan to suit your body’s needs.
Education.

About the founder.
Jacqui Heward is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who was raised on the Mid North Coast. Jacqui has over 13 years experience in community, clinical and sports nutrition. She loves to talk (and eat) food, is committed to communicating the truth about nutrition, and simplifies nutrition messages for her clients.
